Maintenance Services for Leica Laser
Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Hexagon Metrology, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, supplies, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform the Silver Service Maintenance Agreement that includes Preventive and Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) and certification/calibration on five (5) Leica Laser Tracking Systems. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed at Appendix A.
A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 Aug 2014 - 31 Jul 2015
The proposed first option POP is: 1 Aug 2015 - 31 Jul 2016
The proposed second option POP is: 1 Aug 2016 - 31 Jul 2017
The estimated award date is 25 July 2014.
