Mandatory pre-bid conference 04/02/2011.

The purpose of this RFQQ is to continue a preventive maintenance program for the department's headquarters facility Painted and or Coated finished surfaces and other specialty systems such as drywall and acoustic ceilings. The successful bidder is to provide all labor, material, and expertise to perform the required preventive maintenance, as stated in this RFQQ. In addition, the successful bidder is to provide a method through which the agency can obtain preventive and/or emergency repairs and modifications to the facility in these areas.
