Maintenance Management Information System (MMI) RFI
The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to ascertain the availability of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions to replace our Maintenance Management Information (MMI) System. This system collects information necessary for the planning and execution of highway maintenance/construction activities, equipment maintenance and fleet management, inventory management, labor management, financial accounting, and reporting. The Department understands that a comprehensive solution may not be possible as a final solution and individual vendors are encouraged to form a consortium or respond with solutions that partially satisfy our requirements.
