Mt. Clemens, MI: Maintenance Hangar Repairs
Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for Maintenance Hangar Repairs, USCG Detroit Air Station, Mt. Clemens, MI. Major work items include: Remove and replace existing hangar office/shop space heating, ventilation and air condition system with a new system; remove and replace existing suspended ceiling system with new system including new grid and ceiling tile; provide partial removal of existing hangar roofing system and replace with new hangar roofing system; remove and replace existing hangar by lighting system with new LED lighting system and controls; provide new bird netting along existing hangar bay ceiling plane; remove and replace existing hangar by infrared heater system including controls; remove and replace hangar door electric de-icing system; remove and replace existing maintenance hangar building fire suppression system to include detection, suppression, and control equipment with High Expansion Foam System; provide a complete replacement of detection/notification system, fire alarm panels, foam releasing panels, suppression equipment and piping/risers serving the hangar bay and surrounding offices and shops; provide two 100 gallon surge arresters in fire pump house; complete system commissioning/testing prior to final acceptance, abate lead and asbestos; provide temporary office trailer with associated furniture for ten work stations to include necessary utility connections; and, provide telecommunications requirements for temporary office trailer. This procurement is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 236210/$36.5M. Completion time is 308 DANTP.
