Maintenance Garage Roof Restoration

This project consists of, but is not limited to removal of existing water damaged insulation as noted on plan sheet. Replace with new of same thickness and patch with new membrane. All seams to receive 6”stip to ensure watertight. Entire roof to receive one (1) coat of White Knight by Garland Company or approved equal.
