Maintenance Contract for 3D Printers
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ); it is strictly a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP or as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly.
Require the following:
The purchase of one (1) year Service Maintenance contract for the following 3D Printers:
- One (1) Elite 3D printer Model # 250-00303-R2
- One (1) Elite 3D printer Model # 250-00303
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible parties that feel they can provide this service should forward their capabilities in writing to [email protected]. Please indicate your business size (Small, Large etc...) in your responses. This notice will close on Tuesday, July 15,2014 by 1600 EDT). Please note that this is not a solicitation but a sources sought only.
