During the Term of Service Maintenance Agreement for model Axio Examiner Z1
Services To Be Performed: Preventive maintenance inspections- 1 inspection per Service Agreement year. Unlimited visits to perform repairs. Revisions, updates and patches to the software Technical support Telephonic support-unlimited.
Preventive Maintenance Inspections: During each preventive maintenance visit the representative will inspect, clean, and align microscope, and install any software upgrades.
Technical Support: The Company must have a toll-free number to call for support. Representatives shall be available during working days between the hours of 8AM and 5PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays, and the ability to leave a message at other times. If efforts to coned problems by telephone are unsuccessful and on-site service is requested, a representative will be dispatched.
