Fire Protection Services
This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction Camp Lejeune intends to solicit proposals and award a Fire Protection Services Contract. The proposed contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, material, equipment and transportation required for maintenance and repair of fire protection services ticket work and indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ). Work under this contract will be performed primarily at Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.
The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 19.5 b Competitive small business set-aside and FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238210 and the annual size standard is $14,000,000.
The contract terms will be a base period one (1) year and four (4) option years.
This is a new requirement.
The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns.
The solicitation will utilize source selection procedures, which require offerors to submit a technical proposal, including past performance and experience information, as well as a price (or cost) proposal for evaluation by the Government.
