Maintenance, Support, Configuration, Customization, Upgrades and Development
This RFO is being advertised under Texas government Code, Title 10, Subtitle D, and Chapter 2155.067 as proprietary by source. The Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) is requesting offers from qualified vendors to provide maintenance, support, configuration, customization upgrades and development for the State of Texas currently owned WebEoc system. It is the intent of the agency to enter into a contract for a total of four (4) state fiscal years in addition to the current fiscal year remaining time. The total term of this contract will be from date of award through 8/31/2015. The agency current maintenance and support contract will be incorporated into this master contract according to the renewal term as shown in Section 2, Price Structure. TXDPS believes that the requested items are proprietary to one source and/or specifications. Only responses conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining award. The issuing office strongly encourages responses from all qualified vendors who may be able to provide the specified product and service items.
