Maintenance, Repair and Operations Supplies
Furnish the City with Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Supplies as may be required for a period of two (2) years from date of a fully executed Contract, with
options to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods, in accordance with the attached
specifications.
The City currently maintains four warehouse operation sites which serve as the
primary source of MRO supplies for City operations thru these operations. The City
spends approximately $4.0 million per year on MRO equipment and supplies. The
facilities warehouse currently has a staff of seven employees. The successful
Proposer shall assist the City by providing a first choice preferred source of MRO
supplies and materials for the City which has increased efficiencies and effectiveness,
streamlined processes, and increased accountability and transparency. City staffing
will remain the same.
