Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment
Description: NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg PA is soliciting for the establishment of a 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement Product Support Strategy to furnish efforts including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to warehouse, repair or coordinate repair with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and issue assets in response to fleet requisitions for the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this pre-solicitation notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required.
NAVSUP WSS WILL NOT DELAY AWARD WHILE SOURCE APPROVAL IS PENDING DUE TO CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS.
