Maintenance, Electrical Services & Fire Alarm
The work to be performed under this specification shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for electrical service and related equipment in all buildings operated by the Public School Department and City Departments. The contractor is requested to quote an hourly rate and an overtime rate for emergency services. Service shall provide 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. All repair work will be on an as needed basis.
