This project will conduct both an internal and an external inspection of 250,000 gallon fire water deluge tank F186. The cathodic protection system currently installed on the above ground storage tank is not functional.  Contractor shall remove and replace the existing cathodic protection regulator and reference cell. The Licensed Contractor will be responsible for preparing the inspection reports to document the results of the inspections. Contractor shall make recommendations to address deficiencies noted in the inspections. This tank is a fire water deluge tank that supports three aircraft maintenance hangars, so downtime on this tank must be coordinated and minimized. 


 CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:


Licensed contract company specialized in performing inspections of above ground storage tanks shall furnish all services including preparations, inspections, supervision, materials, safety per OSHA standards, rescue services, and travel as required in connection with the Statement of Work (SOW). Work to be performed by a Contractor with a documented track record of experience in the inspection of above ground storage tanks.



The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment.  Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs.  If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms.

Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
