The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the
following Portland Cement Concrete Section: Remove old sealant, loose aggregate and vegetation from existing joints. Prepare joints for installation of backer rod and sealant material. Clean cracks and prepare for installation on backer rod and sealant material. Repair patches not to exceed quantities per Schedule C. Patch repair location shall be approved by the Construction Manager and Engineer. Asphalt Concrete Section: Remove old sealant (where applicable), loose aggregate, vegetation from cracks. Prepare cracks for sealant material installation. Repair patches not to exceed quantities per Schedule C. Patch repair location shall be approved by the Construction Manager and Engineer.
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:
The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer. If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. You must also provide three References of similar like work within the past two years, and Technical Approach in your bid package.
Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 19 September 2019 at 10:00a.m. Central time zone. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.
