Maint. of PASS & Development of Content-Specific Online Tutorials
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Louisiana Department of Education (LDE) (herein referred to as the State) for the purpose of 1) maintaining the Web-based Practice Assessment/Strengthen Skills (PASS) and Newton's Classroom systems; 2) developing test questions and instructional feedback that measure concepts and skills stated in the grade-level expectations (GLEs) for PASS at grades 3, 5, 6, and 7 in science and social studies; and 3) developing Web-based content-specific tutorials for student learning.
