Mainframe Replacement Planning Project
The State is soliciting proposals from Vendors to develop a detailed implementation plan, inclusive of a technical roadmap and a corresponding business process re-design approach, for the replacement of the Division’s mainframe-based State Titling and Registration System (STARS) and State Automated Driver License System (SADLS).
