The State of Maine , Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking proposals for the administration of the 2008 Maine Youth Drug and Alcohol Use Survey/Youth Tobacco Survey. Duties include the recruitment and training of publicly-funded Maine schools with any of grades 6 through 12, scanning the data, creating the database, and writing reports. Experience in administering large-scale youth surveys will be considered a plus. The contract period will be from approximately July, 2007 to September, 2008. Public and private non-profit corporations and institutions, and for-profit corporations or entities may submit bids.
