Maine Geolibrary Board Category 3 Initiative
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Maine , Department of Administrative and Financial Services is seeking proposals for the purpose of selecting a qualified contractor to provide planning services pursuant to a Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) Category 3 grant. This RFP is intended to procure services to update and enhance the GeoLibrary Strategic Plan and recommend a conceptual framework and functional specification for an Integrated Land Records Information System for the State of Maine.
