The State of Maine, Department of Public Safety, Bureau of the Maine State is seeking proposals to update the existing Maine Crash Reporting System (MCRS) commercial vehicle supplement and SAFETYNET export to meet the new NGA/SAFETYNET data element requirements and XML export specifications recommended by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
