Maine Crash Reporting System Upgrade/Enhancements
The Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Highway Safety will be accepting proposals for Upgrades/Enhancements to our currently existing Maine Crash Reporting System (MCRS). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit computer programming and management consulting services to establish a four (4) year contract to provide system upgrades/enhancements to existing functionality of the Maine Crash Reporting System (MCRS). This RFP also includes helpdesk/support services and traffic records coordination activities. This work is necessary to keep the MCRS application current, to provide enhancements and to improve compliance to the Minimum Model Uniform Crash Criteria (MMUCC).
