Main Street Rehabilitation Environmental Services & Preliminary Engineering
The Contractor shall prepare an Environmental document for the proposed improvements. The Contractor shall provide all preliminary engineering and environmental services necessary to complete and obtain approval for an environmental document.
Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately August 2009 through December 2011. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000. or greater.
