Vendor shall ensure submission of bid proposal arrives at SPO between normal State business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. MST/MDT, except for State holidays or closures, and unless otherwise stated in the solicitation for a specific solicitation closing time. Bid submissions delivered to SPO after the specific solicitation's closing date and time will not be accepted.

Vendor must be registered in the Colorado BIDS System as of the bid submission deadline. For instructions on how to register, contact the BIDS web-site at: http://www.gssa.state.co.us/VenSols.

Vendors not registered in the Colorado BIDS system will not be able to access the attached files that describe the project specifications, the bid submission instructions, and/or any exhibits or attachments. Unregistered vendors: for a copy, contact Cheri Miller at [email protected] or write to the mailing address above. Once you have been sent an initial copy, it is the responsibility of the Vendor for acquiring any further solicitation documents, meeting requirements and deadlines of the solicitation.
