Mailing Database Development and Management Services
The College is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Mailing Database Development and Management Services on an “as needed” basis.
The Contractor’s primary responsibility is to provide list creation and database management to target Area markets within the specific demographic.
Demographic, psychographics, and geographic parameters may include single-family dwellings where head of household earns less than $50,000 and has some college education, residing in the County.
