Mail Assembly Machine
The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Coatesville VA Medical Center (CVAMC) located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320-2040 has a future requirement to lease a mail assembly machine. The mail assembly machine shall be used to fold and insert letters and Business Replay Mail ( BRM) envelopes historically equating to 100,000 mailings per annum. The lease agreement shall include a new mail assembly machine, full service maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
