This amendment is issued to answer technical questions received in response to the solicitation. See attached Q&A, Attachment A, Attachment B, and Attachment C.
The due date for receipt of proposals remains Friday August 29, 2014 at 4:00 pm PT. All proposals received will be acknowledged by return e-mail within 12 hours of receipt. If you do not receive an acknowledgement it is your responsibility to contact the buyer prior Friday August 29, 2014 at 4:00 pm PT to make arrangements for retransmission of your proposal.
