I need new machinery/tooling designed and built for my SteelCrete building systems that uses modified metal studs & track seen on www.steelcrete.com. I have a substandard $32,000 punch press that punches out 6\" o/c tabs from 16-18 gauge metal studs & track 4\' at a time in two hits. It runs on 440v 3 phase service for this SteelCrete I system.
I need machines that will punch 4\" o/c tabs in one hit from 12-18 gauge metal studs & track and runs on 220v so factories can use them everywhere to produce my SteelCrete II system. Then I will also need help with tooling for my SteelCrete III system.
