This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of purchasing spares of Noun: Grip, Machine Gun, NSN: 1005-01-523-9125, Part Number: 5231-A201-606. Thise asset is applicable to the GAU-18/A (Modified) .50 Caliber Machine Gun as used on the HH-60G Pave Hawk weapons system. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus three annual options. The Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for each period of performance is as follows:

This is a sole source requirement to Contract Fabrication & Design, Reserve LLC., 5427 FM 546, Princeton, TX 75407-4763. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government for this solicitation. Issue date of solicitation is 25 July 2014. Response date is 25 August 2014.
