The work includes clearing and grubbing, erosion control, grading, paving, landscaping, traffic signals, for the New Service Road, Hwy 15 intersection, and clearing of the New Harrelson Blvd extension to Business 17, (Kings Highway). The Harrelson Blvd corridor is approximately 1.6 miles in length.
