MWBE Statistical Benchmark Analysis and Revision Services
The Metropolitan Government has issued this Request for Proposals for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified providers to contract with Metro to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Metro Government MWBE prime and subcontractor utilization and a statistical analysis of such utilization in relation to previously established benchmarks. Additionally, the selected proposer shall establish new benchmarks using accepted utilization analysis techniques. Metro shall be provided a database of the full list of firms used to complete the availability analysis.
