MUSKOKA ALGONQUIN HEALTHCARE LAND DEVELOPMENT
Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) seeks proposals for the development of all
or part of the unused portion of the MAHC (the Project) owned site at 100 Frank
Miller Drive, Huntsville, Ontario (Proposal(s)) as further described in this document.
This Request for Proposal is only a request for proposal and is not, and under no
circumstances is it to be construed or considered as, an invitation to bid or call for
tenders. This Request for Proposal shall be a non-binding process which will assist
in the selection of a qualified proponent (all parties who respond to this RFP are
hereinafter referred to as Proponent(s)).
MAHC intends to maximize the use of the land at the described site that will aid in
revenue generation to support MAHC healthcare services. The development on the
site shall remain an asset to MAHC architecturally, socially, economically and
environmentally.
