a First Destination Program, therefore FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination applies. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery is for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will be issued on July 7, 2014 with a closing date of August 7, 2014. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9033, Reverse Auction.
