MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT FOR SMALL PURCHASES
In accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 11 June 2019, this IDIQ is for a broad range of commercial services and maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects on real property at the following locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), MA; Sagamore Hill Electronics Research Annex - Hamilton, MA; Fourth Cliff Recreation Annex - Humarock, MA; and Cape Cod Air Force Station - Sagamore, MA.
Multiple Award Contract for Small Purchase Orders (MACSPO) Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
A. All work shall be performed in accordance with the "MACSPO Statement of Work" dated 11 June 2019.
B. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 236220.
C. The ceiling of this IDIQ contract is $3,000,000.00.
D. The minimum order guarantee on this contract is $1,000.00. No individual Task Order will exceed $250,000.00.

F. Site Visit: The site visit will be held on July 15, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST. Participants will meet at Hanscom Visitor Center no later than 09:30 AM.
G. Bidders must contact the POC listed above at least two days prior to the site visit to request Hanscom AFB access through the Visitor's Center at the Sartain Gate (former Vandenberg Gate). Personnel must provide a valid driver's license (or other valid photo ID for non-drivers), proof of auto
insurance, and vehicle registration.
H. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the scheduled site visit.
I. Please pay particular attention to Section L.
J. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
