MULTIDISCIPLINARY PLANNING SERVICES
The Contractor shall conduct various investigations, studies, environmental
studies and activities for the New Orleans District Corps of Engineers (CEMVN) in accordance
with the Task Orders issued under this Contract, and the terms of this Contract. This contract
requires the Contractor to furnish and transport all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and to
perform all work necessary to complete multiple task orders. The CEMVN will prepare the
Statement-of-Work for each task order. The Contractors success will depend largely upon their
ability to interact with CEMVN to develop plans within regulations and execute those plans in
an efficient and expeditious manner. The Contractor shall provide personnel with current
training as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The
Contractor shall provide all support activities described herein or in individual task orders,
necessary to ensure the safe and effective accomplishment of project criteria within specified
completion times. All work performed under this contract shall be completed in accordance with
all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations; and approved Contract Management
Procedures.
