MTS 206-1
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires the upgrade of two Weapons Test Sets Part Number MTS-206 to MTS 206-1, spare part kit for the MTS-206-1, one new MTS 206-1 and in country Maintenance/Technician Training for the MTS-206-1 in support of Foreign Military Sales Case for Taiwan P-3 Program. The Government intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to Marvin Test Solutions (CAGE 056D8) for the required items. Marvin Test Solutions is considered the only known source capable of meeting the requirements.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement.
