The Midland-Odessa Transportation Organization (MOTOR) intends to enter into an indefinite deliverable contract with a prime provider. The contract will be managed by negotiating and issuing work authorizations. Services will include providing support to the MOTOR MPO Staff in accomplishing numerous transportation planning functions approved by the MPO in their 2008-2009 Unified Planning Work Program relating to the development of its long range regional transportation plan.
