MT TABOR PART 12 DAM SAFETY INSPECTION - City of Portland, OR
The City of Portlands Water Bureau is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, or teams of consultants, hereafter called Proposer(s), with demonstrated experience in conducting Part 12 Dam Safety Inspections and then preparing inspection reports suitable for submission to the FERC. The City proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services: conduct a review of all January 2005 June 2009 operations, maintenance and surveillance records for the Mt. Tabor facilities; conduct a review of the 2006 Mt Tabor Project PFMA report; conduct a review of the 2006 Supporting Technical Information (STI) Document; provide recommended changes to STI document in light of a new site-specific Seismic Hazard Review and Crest Deformation Study (That seismic review and crest deformation study was completed outside of this specification and is not part of this scope.); conduct a Part 12 Dam Safety Inspection and Review of the Mt. Tabor Hydroelectric Project reservoirs, dams, embankments, and all appurtenant piping, etc., excluding all generation, transformation and transmission equipment associated with the Mt. Tabor Hydroelectric Project and then report on their findings.
