MSCommNet Engineering Consultant
The State of Maine Department of Administrative & Financial Services (DAFS) seeks proposals from qualified Bidders to provide an engineering consultant for the purpose of leadership and oversight of a large scale radio communication implementation effort. Known as MSCommNet, the radio communication program will involve the replacement of the State of Maines multiple aged VHF high-band radio systems with a consolidated digital VHF narrow-band radio system. The program includes all state agencies that are provided radio services from the Office of Information Technology.
