MSA Igloo Demolition
This is solicitation notice, FA4620-14-R-B002, for demolition services to include abatement and site restoration on Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will evaluate offers using price performance tradeoff (PPT) procedures. Recent and relevant past performance will be evaluated. A firm-fixed price (FFP) single award Demolition Services type contract will result from this solicitation. If awarded the contract will encompass five (5) projects with one base CLIN and the other four (4) projects as option CLINs that will be exercised as funding becomes available. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds become available and the Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement at any time. This acquisition is a 100% Historically Underutilized Business Zone small business (HUBZONE) set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $14,000,000.00 gross annual income or less. All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
