Scope: This is a construction project, which includes the removal, mold mitigation and installation of new building materials impacted by flooding in 2019. Impacted building materials include: drywall, insulation, electrical receptacles, building metal panels, doors, overhead doors and other miscellaneous building materials. Project also includes chip sealing site pavements, grading and landscaping.
