REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - MEDICAL READINESS DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Business Systems Division, Medical Information Systems Program Office has a requirement to obtain functional and technical solutions to sustain, maintain, and provide life cycle services to the Program Management Office of the Medical Readiness Decision Support System. Specific requirements are contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Attached you will find a copy of RFP FA8771-16-R-0016 and all related documents to the RFP.
Offeror must provide one electronic copy and one hard copy of their proposal. All proposals, both hard and soft copy are due no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, 30 September 2016. All proposals received after the proposal required time will be not be considered for award. The electronic copy must be emailed to tamara.york.1@us.af.mil and maria.jones@us.af.mil and the hard copy delivered to:

NOTE: If the offeror submits a double-sided hard copy, then the pages must be printed head to foot. Also, email attachments cannot be any larger than 5 megabytes.
