MRB CHEMICAL VEGETATION CONTROL SERVICES
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation for Chemical Vegetation Control Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at various project sites throughout New Hampshire. The Project Offices are all located in the state of New Hampshire:

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Chemical Vegetation Control Services for each BPA Call under this agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The intent of this blanket BPA is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities
Schedule: The BPA Base Year shall have a 12-month period of performance from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall have a 12- month period of performance.
Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 Million.
ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
INTERESTED VENDORS SHOULD BE ADVISED THAT THE INTENT IS TO AWARD MULTIPLE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FOR CHEMICAL VEGETATION CONTROL SERVICES FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION.
