MQ-9 and MQ-1C Integration Support & Kit Procurement
IAW DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is posting a sources sought notice for the Medium Altitude Long Endurance Tactical (MALET) MQ-9 and MQ-1C Integration Support & Kit Procurement requirement. Specifically, the contractor will be required to integrate and test MQ-9 and MQ-1C Special Operations Forces peculiar (SOF-p) modifications. Support includes all design documentation and test planning/reporting documentation required for Airworthiness Review (AWR) approval, modification kits (hardware and software), and analysis/studies on potential future SOF-p modifications.
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc (CAGE: 0YJB5) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the MQ-9 Reaper and MQ-1C Gray Eagle aircraft. General Atomics owns the technical data rights to the MQ-9 and MQ-1C, which are essential to meeting the requirement.
If a potential offeror believes their company can meet the requirement, please submit the following information to charles.gross@socom.mil or sonia.cervantes@socom.mil no later than 25 May 2018 that includes:
1) Company Name and Cage Code
2) Explain how your company has the technical capacity to perform the necessary integration support, modification kits (hardware and software), and analysis/studies on potential future SOF-p modifications.
3) Is your company a Small Business? If so, what type of Small Business?
4) Company POC
5) Subject line of email shall include: "Response to Sources Sought H9240318R0003"
