The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region has a requirement for:
Landscaping services at the Mid Pacific Construction Office to remove existing vegetation, plant new drought tolerant vegetation, install weed barrier, install flexible pipe drip irrigation, replace automatic timers, place mulch, install features to assist in the establishment of the vegetation and maintain the newly installed vegetation for 90 days.
(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ No. is R17PS00717
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83.
(iv) This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and the associated NAICS is 561730 and the associated small business size standard is $7M.
(v) The contract line items (CLINS) are listed as follows:

See Attachment No. 2 - Performance Work Statement
(vii) Delivery date for this requirement is 90 days after award. Place of delivery is Bureau of Reclamation, 1140 W. Wood Street, Willows, CA 95988. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) Destination).
The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition:
(viii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
(ix) FAR provision 52.212-2 is applicable to this RFQ. Determination of award will be based on the
lowest priced technically acceptable offer (responsive quote from a responsible offeror).
(x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
(xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
(xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See attachment No 1 for additional provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition.
(xiii) Additional contract requirement(s) and terms and conditions are included in Attachment No. 1.
(xiv) Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this procurement.
(xv) Offers are due Friday, June 9, 2017 by 2:00 P.M. local time and shall be submitted electronically to: Rosana Yousef Goarji at the following email address: ryousefgoarji@usbr.gov.
