MOUNT MORRIS DAM (MMD) INSTALLATION OF GROUNDING SYSTEM

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Installation of Grounding System at Mount Morris Dam (MMD).The selected contractor must comply with all security requirements when accessing the federal facility. Must be registerd in System for Management (SAM). The award will be made to the lowest priced offeror which will be based on total sum of contract in accordance of FAR Part 12 resulting in a firm fixed priced contract. Please submit a capabilities statement that includes DUNS number, CAGE CODE, Business Size in accordance with the selected NAICS code and telephone number. Please see attached Statement of Work for detailed information.
Bids are due to Dorothy Jones no later than 31 May 2019 at 1:00 P.M. either by e-mail: dorothy.j.jones@usace.army.mil, fax 716-879-4353, or mail: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 1776 Niagara St., Buffalo, NY 14207.
This will be a low price procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12, resulting in a firm fixed priced contract.
