Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 5 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 5 each, 540 DACA with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002 (W25G1U). This item is 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA).
The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
