MOORING IMPROVEMENTS
This state funded project will renovate an existing dock float system, gangway and approach trestle. Work includes removing 7 piles below High Tide Line, adding 19 piles, and placing 300 cubic yards of armor stone for bank stabilization. Approximately 50 CY of material will be removed while adding the armor stone and used as part of 200 CY of fill material to regrade the parking area. Additive Alternate One adds a new water service connection. Additive Alternate Two includes constructing a storage building. Additive Alternate Three includes a timber float system.
