The STATE OF MONTANA, Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks (hereinafter referred to as the State or FWP) is seeking a contractor to provide, install and maintain a high-quality video conferencing system to facilitate video meetings between FWPs nine major facilities statewide. A more complete description of the requirements sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
