MOM'S Treatment Program
The Cook County Sheriff's Department of Women's Justice Services (DWJS) is issuing this "MOM'S Program" Request for Proposals in order to respond to the critical substance abuse and mental health treatment needs of criminal justice involved women and to develop gender-responsive services for this population, the DWJS is contracting for a gender and culturally-responsive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed for pregnant and/or postpartum women and their children up to pre-school age.
