The Government proposes to acquire, on a one time buy contract, a quantity of 100 each of a MODIFICATION KIT-BL 34.5 REINFORCEMENTS, NSN: 1680-01-551-8403, Part Number: 70070-20572-012 applicable to the UH-60 BLACKHAWK (BE) weapon system. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION (CAGE CODE: 78286).
Production Lead Time (PLT) is 300 days after receipt of order (DARO) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000 (DODAAC W562RM).
The Government does not have rights to the technical data; the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
