MOBILE MAMMOGRAPHY SERVICES
The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive contract to SCL Health aka St. Vincent Healthcare, 2900 12th Avenue North, Suite 276W, Billings, Montana 59101, pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements", and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Service Contract. The purpose of the proposed contract action is to acquire Mobile Mammography Services for the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, 420 North Cheyenne Avenue, Lame Deer, Montana. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. A copy of the RFQ can be obtained by submitting a request to Clarette.Yellowrobe@ihs.gov. The anticipated award date is September 23, 2019.
